We’re delighted to start the year by announcing two new promotions at BFY, with Matt Turner and Lauren McCullough both progressing from Senior Consultant to Manager.


These promotions have been awarded outside of our twice-yearly cycle, which is a testament to the impact that both Matt and Lauren have made since joining us in 2022.

Matt Turner

Matt is a leader in energy markets, Net Zero, business models and strategy.


He has recently supported our clients by helping them to engage with the energy regulator, as well as exploring decarbonisation of heat following an energy and cost of living crisis.


Matt is currently supporting clients with benchmarking their cost base against their peers and exploring winning operating models in the new competition landscape.


He looks forward to helping clients explore what Net Zero means to them and support their transformation for competitive advantage.

Lauren McCullough

Manager




Lauren is a leader in operational excellence, lean transformation and continuous improvement.


She has recently supported our clients with improving customer outcomes and employee engagement, alongside cultural transformation covering organisational design, waste analysis and people/process optimisation.


Lauren is currently supporting clients with an operational transformation to improve customer lead times, while re-designing processes and introducing operational excellence.


She looks forward to continuing to help clients transform their cultures, sharing her lean expertise to increase engagement.
