April is always an exciting month at BFY. Our first development cycle of the year comes to an end, presenting new opportunities for progression within the team.
We are delighted to conclude this cycle by announcing promotions for Rachel Littlewood, Corrine Osborne, Craig Sutherland, and Wade Robertson.
Rachel has progressed from Principal to Director, with Corrine also taking up a new role as Learning and Development Manager, progressing from Senior Consultant.
In addition to this, Craig has advanced to the highest grade within his current role as Senior Consultant, while Wade has also reached the highest grade in his role as Consultant.
Congratulations to all of you on continuing your development journey with us. We are extremely proud to have you in the team.

Rachel Littlewood Director
Rachel joined BFY as a Senior Manager in 2020, and was promoted to Principal in October 2021, before becoming a Director in April 2023.
Initially, Rachel supported clients with commercial and M&A engagements, and has spent the last year focussing on large-scale operational programmes.
Recently, Rachel has also supported our growth through the development of internal teams and processes.
Over the next year, Rachel will remain focussed on culture, as we continue to build an environment that encourages exceptional client results, and enhanced opportunities for personal development.

Corrine Osborne
Learning and Development Manager
Corrine joined BFY in November 2022, with the role of delivering a best-in-class onboarding journey, while supporting our people with L&D opportunities.
Since then, Corrine’s remit has expanded to cover the entire employee lifecycle, including our EVP, culture, and wellbeing provision.
Corrine has played a major role in supporting our recent growth, including:
Enhancements to our onboarding process, helping new starters to feel well-prepared for their first project at BFY
Implementation of our wellbeing partner Plumm Health, who provide support and resources for mental wellbeing
Increased focus on our L&D interventions, such as peer learning, 1-2-1 coaching opportunities, and LinkedIn Learning to help support personal development plans
Over the next year, Corrine will focus on scaling our inclusive culture, as we continue to grow the team further and hire more awesome people.
