We follow a very structured approach to ensure we find the right candidate, that is the right cultural fit.
Candidates will experience the following stages:
Giving clients strategic and market-driven advice.
Helping clients to improve their debt management capabilities, by applying our Debt Maturity Assessment, or supporting a Debt Sale.
Improving core business areas, by implementing our Operational Excellence model for People and Processes.
Delivering change through Re-platforming and the development of Operating Models.
