Profile: Ed Breslin

Ed is a Senior Consultant at BFY, working with clients to improve their cash flow / revenue delivery, and leading the commercial / financial modelling within our M&A / Transaction advisory engagements.

Some of Ed’s previous work includes:

• Supporting a global B2B energy supplier in the valuation of a segment of their customer portfolio, and supporting with the transaction to divest that segment of their customer base

• Improving the debt collection performance and bad debt position of one of the UK’s largest water suppliers, and leading the transaction to on the sale of their bad debts

• Creation of a model to reconcile and forecast the Revenue, and Profit & Loss (P&L) for every energy supplier in the UK, with forecasts for the next two years.

Ed is CIMA Qualified, holds a 1st Class Business Degree, and previous spent 7 years working in Finance at E.ON – across Supply, Generation, Energy Solutions, and Heating Services – where he was the Senior Finance Business Partner.
