Yu Energy acquires Ampower customers via SoLR

Yu Energy has confirmed this morning that they’ve acquired the customers of Ampower via SoLR, which based on our modelling should increase revenues by ~70-75%.
The team have been working hard to migrate the customers over the weekend.
Yu Energy confirmed the news this morning via the London Stock Exchange, Ofgem are expected to announce the news at 3pm today - along with other SoLR’s which may include CNG.
We’re expecting to see a number of other SoLR’s announced this week, with Winter-21 energy prices continuing to trade above £180/MWh and 180p/Therm.
Yu Energy confirmed in the RNS that the hedging process for the book has already started.
