As a Senior Consultant, Eugene helps clients to reconnect with their customers, developing dynamic, blended learning solutions to enable this. These solutions focus on tactical leadership coaching tools, which support and embed programmes for exceptional conversation skills amongst advisor colleagues.

 

As well as having an extensive portfolio of learning solutions, Eugene also has experience in developing dynamic quality assurance frameworks within Utilities. Eugene has led teams to support customer advocacy, while inspiring contact centre advisor colleagues to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

 

Eugene has more than 35 years’ experience in the contact centre, having plied his trade at British Gas, British Gas Business, npower, Ocado, and most recently Water Plus. Eugene is also a fully accredited Insights and Myers Briggs practitioner, and a qualified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
