As one of our Managers, Claire helps our clients to create efficiencies through change initiatives, leading to improved colleague and customer satisfaction, and reduced operating costs. Claire will also support with planning, implementation and readiness, across internal and external projects.
Claire’s experience includes:

Delivering the closure of a 900 FTE business, ensuring that all colleagues impacted received the outcome they wanted (voluntary redundancy, new roles within different parts of the business, new roles externally), while delivering on commitments of all operational, financial and customer experience metrics

Defining and shaping the business architecture, to support the smart metering roll out for a large supplier, after establishing the Business Architecture function within the business. Also defining capabilities to support the business strategy, shaping the UK wide change plan
Previously, Claire has held numerous roles at E.ON, including Head of SME Operations, where she led end-to-end Sales, Operations, Billing and Debt departments. Claire was also Head of Business Planning & Change prior to this.
